What “Verified seller” means
This mark means Stripe, which handles every payment on Sellexa, has run its own identity checks on the person who runs Eves_Robe. Before any shop can open here it signs the Seller Agreement and gives Sellexa its business name, the UK address it trades from, and that person's date of birth; the mark is the Stripe check on top of that.
The mark is not a check of the goods: Sellexa does not inspect or test what a shop sells. If something you buy is not as described, Buyer Protection covers it.

Eves_Robe has not added a dispatch note yet. You will get an email the moment your order is on its way.
Delivery is priced in your cart before you pay. There is nothing to add after.
Eves_Robe has not written a returns note. Your legal rights apply in full, and Sellexa's returns policy explains them. Your rights in full
Whatever a shop’s own notes say, your legal rights come first. On most items you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 30 days to reject anything faulty or not as described. A shop cannot shorten either, and nothing on this page does. Your rights, and how to use them
Every order paid for through Sellexa is covered. If it does not arrive, or it is not as described, tell us within 30 days and we will help you put it right. What is covered
