Sellexa is a marketplace where buyers and sellers connect, communicate, and transact through our platform. This policy explains why we require all transactions and order-related conversations to happen on Sellexa, and what happens if a user tries to take a deal off-platform.
This policy applies to every Sellexa user, buyers and sellers, and works alongside our Seller Agreement, Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

We enforce this policy in three layers:
Sanctions are graduated and depend on the severity, intent, and history of the user. Possible actions include:
Severe or repeated breaches will trigger the higher sanctions immediately. The full enforcement framework is set out in our Seller Misconduct & Enforcement Policy.
If a buyer or seller has tried to take a transaction off-platform, please report it to support@sellexa.app with the username, listing or order reference, and any screenshots. Reports are confidential.
